Department: Dept. of Business Administration FLSA Status: Exempt Salary Range: $3,000-$6,000/course depending on academic qualifications Pay Basis: Annually POSITION OVERVIEW JOB SUMMARY:
To teach undergraduate courses in General Business. The College is building a pool of adjuncts for teaching opportunities for upcoming semesters. Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree from an AACSB-accredited institution in Business Administration, Management or a closely related field including at least 18 graduate semester hours in Business Administration or Management, coupled with pertinent work experience, and continuing professional development and engagement activities to maintain qualifications for performing teaching assignment. Must meet the College of Business Policies on Faculty Qualifications for an Instructor position. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree from an AACSB-accredited institution in Business Administration, Management or a closely related field including at least 18 graduate semester hours in Business Administration or Management, coupled with pertinent work experience, and continuing professional development and engagement activities to maintain qualifications for performing teaching assignment. Must meet the College of Business Policies on Faculty Qualifications for an Instructor position. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree from an AACSB-accredited institution in Business Administration or Management. A doctoral degree in Business Administration from an AACSB-accredited institution or a closely related field with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Business Administration or Management is a definite plus. Regardless of the degree, it must be coupled with pertinent work experience and continuing professional development and engagement activities to maintain qualifications for performing teaching assignment and the candidate must meet the College of Business Policies on Faculty Qualifications for an Instructor position. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Physical Requirements: No unusual physical requirement. Requires no heavy lifting and nearly all work is performed in a comfortable indoor facility.
