Education: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree with industry experience in Hospitality Management. Master’s Degree preferred. </li></ul> Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: <ul><li>Must have knowledge of menu planning, serv safe, and food and beverage management.</li></ul> Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  Master’s Degree preferred. Knowledge of Monmouth County and its communities.
