Position Summary Information

General Description of Position

Under the general direction and supervision of the Division Dean/Associate Dean and the Co-Program Chairs of the Computer Information Technology Program, the instructor is responsible for providing regular instruction, developing and updating the courses taught in a classroom/laboratory, Internet, and or distance-learning environment. This is a part-time temporary position.

Essential Functions Marginal Functions Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Information Technology or related degree
• Two (2) years recent industry experience in Computer Information Technology.

Desired Qualifications

• Documentation of an advance degree or additional college training related to Computer Information Technology teaching and instruction.
• Teaching experience in the classroom/laboratory, Internet, and or distance-learning environment
