Adjutant faculty are hired on a periodic basis to teach in the Department of Management, with course assignments determined by the Department Chair.

Responsibilities include designing course syllabi, delivering instruction via multimedia, and managing courses through the university's learning system.
Minimum qualifications include an applicable master's, J.D., Ph.D., or relevant professional experience, with teaching ability in areas such as strategic management, entrepreneurship, supply chain management, organizational behavior, HR, or business communications.
Preferred qualifications include prior university teaching, business experience, and an AACSB-accredited degree.
Compensation is per course, ranging from $6,000-$7,000, with benefits and a focus on work-life balance.
