Job Summary: The Dental Health Department is looking for dynamic, skilled, and motivated individuals to join our team. Dental Health adjunct faculty demonstrate competence in clinical skills, lecture and lab instruction, and responsibilities consistent with the mission and philosophy of the Dental Health Programs and the College.SUBJECTS: Oral Radiology Chairside Dental Assisting Dental Materials Oral Anatomy and Dental Sciences Office Procedures Duties and Responsibilities: Radiography, laboratory, and didactic teaching, Dental Assisting Chairside skills and Dental Materials, laboratory and didactic teaching, Dental Assisting Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach to working with students and colleagues Demonstrate commitment to providing academic support to students and provide remediation as needed Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum of 2 years of clinical dental assisting experience Current CDA certification, or eligibility before start date Current certification in CPR at the Healthcare Provider level Competencies: Master's degree in a related field Previous teaching experience at a CODA-accredited institution
