The role of a clinical adjunct faculty on a site with pre-licensure nursing students is essential to bridging classroom learning with hands-on patient care. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements:
Master of Science in Nursing required for BSN program Bachelor of Science in Nursing required for PN program Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of TN Experience educating nurses in a lab, clinical, or simulation setting preferred
Hours: Hours will vary based on clinical facilities with the potential for 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts, and the possible availability for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, weekdays/weekends available
Compensation for graduate nursing adjunct is $750 per didactic credit (approx. 15 hours), $1500 per lab credit (approx. 30 hours) and $2250 per clinical credit (approx. 45 hours).
