This position involves teaching classes primarily on campus, with a focus on student-centered learning, maintaining high instructional quality, and fostering critical thinking.
All instructors must meet scheduled classes, communicate effectively, evaluate students fairly, and adhere to policies and FERPA laws.
Responsibilities include planning courses, managing classrooms, developing syllabi, and using approved textbooks.
Instructors are expected to pursue professional development, collaborate with colleagues, and demonstrate professionalism.
Qualifications require a Master's degree or equivalent credentials, with prior teaching experience preferred.
Compensation is $2,100 per 3-credit course per semester, with the possibility of teaching up to three courses.
