Lincoln Tech is actively seeking passionate MSN-prepared Registered Nurses to join our Practical Nursing Program as a Part-Time Clinical Adjunct Instructor. No teaching experience is required. We will provide you with training and support to help you succeed in the clinical setting.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor students at clinical sites • Demonstrate patient care techniques and teach essential nursing skills • Evaluate student performance and maintain records • Foster a supportive growth-focused learning environment
Qualifications:
• Master of Science in Nursing MSN • Active RN license in New Jersey • Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience • Strong background in medical-surgical nursing • Passion for teaching and mentoring future nurses
