Adjunct Faculty may teach 1-2 courses within the MAT curriculum. The content and number of courses taught may depend on the expertise of the adjunct and current faculty. Courses are 8-week sessions, most of which meet 4 days per week for 2 hours each day. Many courses include lab and lecture. If adjunct candidates are interested in teaching more than one class, effort may be made to minimize the number of courses taught in the same 8-week session to reduce the required time commitment and permit sufficient preparation for classes.
