As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and support over the phone and through email. You will assist customers with navigating the company website, answering general customer account related questions, and some light technical support. Other responsibilities could include working on assigned projects and packaging documents for mailing.
