Location: Indianapolis, Indiana  

Facility Name: Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis

Schedule: Full-Time - 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. rotating nights 

What You Will Do:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

 

  • Join an established team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs
  • Call structure: None
  • Practice setting: inpatient 
  • Access to practice within a premier medical center featuring a Level 1 Trauma Center , Comprehensive Stroke Center , Burn Center, and advanced critical care resources.
  • Employed position within a nonprofit health system
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP/AGACNP) or Physician Assistant.
  • Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
  • Enhance Critical Patient Access: Provide rapid, lifesaving emergency care in life-threatening situations, executing advanced bedside procedures efficiently.
  • Clinical Procedures: Perform necessary invasive procedures with precision, including central line placement, intubation, and lumbar punctures.

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Master's degree of Nursing required.
