Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Recreation, Business Administration, Social Services, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative, customer service, or program coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare, senior services, community center, or recreational setting.
  • Experience working with older adults or diverse populations is preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting events, activities, or community engagement programs is a plus.
