Mountain Vista Memory Care/Assisted Living is hiring an Activity Assistant to support engaging and meaningful recreational programming within our senior living community. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity with competitive pay, strong benefits, and a mission-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and leading recreational and wellness activities for residents
• Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical engagement opportunities
• Encourage resident participation and build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Help create and maintain a vibrant and welcoming environment within the community
• Assist with group activities, special events, outings, and holiday programming
• Prepare activity materials, supplies, and room setups as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being
• Maintain activity documentation and attendance records as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday schedule consistently

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Activity Assistant in healthcare, senior living, or a related setting
• Experience working with Memory Care or Assisted Living residents preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, energetic, and compassionate personality
