  • Copy of Transcript (Unofficial Bachelor Degree transcripts; FOREIGN TRANSCRIPTS: Transcripts issued outside the United States require a course-by-course analysis with an equivalency statement from a certified transcript evaluation service verifying the degree equivalency to that of an accredited institution within the USA. This report must be attached with the application and submitted by the filing deadline. Accredited evaluation agencies can be found on the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services W)
  • Credential Copy (Possession of a valid California teaching credential; must currently be teaching at the secondary level.)
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) letters of recommendation SIGNED AND DATED within the past three (3) years, (with one of these letters being from a recent, immediate supervisor); typed signatures will not be accepted, SIGNATURES MUST BE HANDWRITTEN.)
  • Resume (Current Resume)
  • Test Results/Materials (Basic Skills Requirement (CBEST) or Verification of passing)
