As a new Activities Director at Our House of Ogden LLC, you will be expected to plan, coordinate, and oversee engaging activities tailored to our residents' interests and abilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing residents’ needs, gathering feedback, and adapting programs to enhance their enjoyment and well-being. You will lead group activities such as arts and crafts, fitness sessions, and social events, ensuring a stimulating environment that fosters community connections.
Collaboration with healthcare staff will be essential for integrating therapeutic activities that support residents' health goals. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured work environment that allows you to dedicate time each day to both planning and executing activities effectively.
