Glen Park at Ojai is seeking a passionate and creative Activities Director to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors with memory impairments.

Position Overview
The Activities Director is responsible for designing and leading engaging programs that promote socialization, independence, and overall well-being for our memory care residents.
Duties & Responsibilities
Activities include:
Educational Programs - Guest speakers such as police or fire safety, travel presentations, faith-based studies, and lifelong learning opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
• At least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year related experience (senior living preferred)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to pass a physical exam and criminal background clearance
Special Skills
• High energy and enthusiasm
• Compassion and patience when working with seniors with memory impairments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to engage residents, families, and staff professionally
• Basic computer skills preferred
