MENTOR Adult Day Health a member of the Sevita family provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Do you enjoy planning engaging activities and making a positive impact in peoples lives Join our team as an Activities Coordinator and bring your creativity and energy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a supportive fun environment.
What Youll Do
Plan and lead group and individual recreational activities based on each individuals interests and abilities
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create meaningful person-centered programs
Provide guidance and support to staff on activity delivery and engagement techniques
Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals served
Maintain curriculum binders with age-appropriate engaging activities
What Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
Activity Coordinator certification preferred
Valid drivers license with clear driving record
At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Must be bilingual in Spanish
Strong organizational and communication skills
Compassionate reliable and team-oriented
Ability to complete required state trainings within set timeframes
