Activities Assistant- Part time

Fox Subacute at South Philadelphia, a 53 bed facility, located in Philadelphia, provides quality care to clinically-complex respiratory and ventilator dependent residents in a home-like setting.

Fox is currently looking for an Activities Assistant to join our team!

Some duties of the Activities Assistant are as follows:

• Engage all residents in daily leisure activities.
• Assist resident/family visitation.
• Assist with indoor and outdoor activity programs.
• Assist the Activity Director with the execution of on-going programming.
• Work with other members of the multi-disciplinary team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, RTs, Social Worker & other therapists) in meeting the needs of our unique population.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work every other weekend as needed
• Activity program experience preferred but not required
