High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in activities, event planning, hospitality, recreation, or a related field required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage residents and build relationships.
Energetic, creative, and dependable with a positive attitude.
Ability to lead and facilitate group activities confidently.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a team player with strong time management skills.
Experience working with older adults or in a healthcare setting preferred.
Experience supporting individuals with cognitive impairment preferred.
Certification as an Activities Professional or Certified Dementia Practitioner preferred.
