Position Summary
Baptist Village Communities is seeking an Activities Assistant to support engaging meaningful Life Enrichment experiences for residents. This role helps create a fun welcoming environment by assisting with planning and leading activities connecting with residents one-on-one and supporting new resident transitions through admission assessments. The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, organized, and enjoys serving senior adults, including residents living with dementia. This position is Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Office environment within a healthcare facility.
Must possess adequate sight and hearing with or without assistive devices to meet job requirements.
Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear.
Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, taste, or smell.
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
