As an Activities Assistant at Saguaro Ranch Luxury Assisted Living, you’ll be at the center of our community — planning and leading activities that spark joy, connection, and purpose for our residents.
We are looking for someone who can work:
- Tuesday 9-12.
- Thursday 9-12.
- Friday 9-11.
You’ll be able to:
- Plan, organize, and lead engaging and exciting activities for residents.
- Build genuine relationships with residents, learning their interests, and what brings them joy.
- Adapt activities to meet the varying cognitive and physical needs of our lovely residents.
- Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every resident feels seen and celebrated.
We are looking For Someone:
- Vibrant, positive, outgoing, organized and able to plan ahead while staying flexible.
It would be helpful if your background looked like:
- Teacher or educator (classroom, substitute, special education).
- Homeschool parent with curriculum planning and activity facilitation experience.
- Recreation coordinator, camp counselor, or youth program leader.
- Volunteer or community event organizer.
- Healthcare aide, CNA, or caregiver who loves the social side of care
- Arts, music, or fitness instructor.
