Lacon Rehab & Nursing is hiring a full-time Activities Assistant in our skilled nursing facility.
In this role, you'll help create meaningful daily activities for residents while supporting a positive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activity programs and resident events
- Encourage resident participation and engagement
- Help set up and clean up activities
- Support residents during scheduled programs
- Maintain activity participation records
- Work closely with the Activities Director and care team
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with elderly individuals or patients preferred
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care
Pay & Benefits
- $15-$16 per hour
