Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and assist with daily programs including games, arts and crafts, music, and group gatherings
- Spend one-on-one time with residents, building authentic and positive relationships
- Support the coordination and setup of special events and community activities
- Encourage involvement while fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment
- Contribute fresh ideas to enhance resident engagement and overall experience
