Lorien Encore is hiring a Activities Assistant to join our team. We are seeking a creative, energetic, and compassionate individual who enjoys working with seniors and creating engaging, meaningful daily experiences.

 

This role is ideal for someone interested in activities coordination, recreational therapy support, senior living engagement, or healthcare activities programming.

Pay Rate

  • 16/hour 

  • Same Day Pay for all Employees!

  • PTO: 80 hours vacation + 40 hours sick time (rollover available)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and leading group and individual activities
  • Support recreational programs that promote social engagement and well-being
  • Encourage resident participation in daily events and special activities
  • Help create a positive, fun, and supportive community environment
  • Work collaboratively with the activities and care team
Qualifications:

Schedule & Availability

  • Full Time Hours

  • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
