Description of Job
The Arthur Lakes Library at the Colorado School of Mines is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Acquisitions & E-resources Specialist to join the Collection Management team. Reporting to the Head of Collections Management, this position plays a key role in ensuring seamless access to electronic and physical library resources that support teaching, learning, and research across campus.
This position is responsible for managing acquisitions workflows, vendor relationships, course reading programs, and collection assessment activities while ensuring efficient, cost-effective operations within the library management system (Alma).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience Only:
Three (3) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position. Must be a current classified employee working in Arthur Lakes Library.
Or
Education and Experience:
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to three (3) years
