This role will be central to the our investment strategy, with involvement in all aspects of the deal life cycle, including deal sourcing, term sheet, PSA, and/or JV documentation and negotiation, entitlements and permitting oversight, lease negotiation, lender coordination, due diligence coordination, contractor management, and proforma and underwriting oversight.You will serve as the primary acquisitions and development leader on critical projects, ensuring flawless delivery while protecting key tenant relationships, financial targets, and executional risk.
