Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Team Member to join our State Farm office as a Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities by hunting for leads that help grow our customer base and support our agents in delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels including referrals, community events, social media, and cold outreach.
  • Initiate contact with prospective customers to introduce State Farm’s insurance products and services.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for agents to follow up and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with agents and team members to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance lead sourcing efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • Knowledge of insurance products is a bonus but not required; training will be provided.
  • Clean background check
  • Texas Property & Casualty License (a plus)
  • Texas Life & Health License (a plus)
