RESPONSIBILITIES:- Generate new business through referrals, networks, and relationship building
- Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up on leads and prospecting opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and client communications
QUALIFICATIONS:- Active Arizona Property & Casualty license required
- Insurance sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
