The Gregg Englebreth Agency is hiring a sales-dominant Acquisitions Specialist to aggressively drive new business across our two Philadelphia suburban locations. This is a production-first role built for someone who thrives on outbound activity, pipeline management, and closing deals.

What You’ll Do
Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
Conduct needs-based conversations and confidently present coverage solutions
Quote and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
Follow up persistently to convert opportunities into bound policies
Track daily activity and production to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Collaborate with leadership to drive overall agency growth
Pennsylvania Licensing Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to starting
If not currently licensed, PA P&C must be obtained before Day 1
Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire
Full licensing support and onboarding guidance provided
What We’re Looking For

Comfortable handling outbound prospecting and objections
Disciplined follow-up and pipeline management skills
Strong communication and relationship-building ability
Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
