Dorrit Emerich State Farm is hiring a team member who can confidently balance both sales and service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing new business, and delivering outstanding customer care.


You will drive new business growth while also supporting existing clients with policy changes, reviews, and service needs. The right candidate understands that strong service builds trust—and trust drives sales.


What You’ll Do


Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-up activity
 Conduct needs-based conversations and present tailored coverage solutions
 Quote, present, and close auto, home and renters
 Support existing customers with policy updates, billing questions, and service requests
 Perform policy reviews to identify cross-sell and coverage gap opportunities
 Maintain accurate documentation and comply with agency and state regulations
 Collaborate with team members to meet production and retention goals


Licensing Requirements


Active Property & Casualty license is required prior to Day 1 start (we provide support through the process)


Candidates must meet all applicable Pennsylvania licensing requirements

  •  Organized and detail-oriented with disciplined follow-up

  •  Prior insurance or sales experience preferred
