The VISTA will build the capacity of Young Futures through the following:
- Research design and formalize impactful, engaging curricula to empower youth across the region.
- Build a sustainable framework for collaborating with schools, community organizations, and local businesses to expand financial literacy initiatives.
- Design standardized systems for cohort planning and coordination to increase program efficiency.
- Develop automated tools and protocols to ensure effective, sustainable scheduling for students and educators.
- Create operational manuals and coordination toolkits for high-impact events, such as the regional Art Show, to ensure future replicability.
- Research and identify diversified funding opportunities and grants to support long-term program growth.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase student recruitment and involvement in empowerment programming.
