NTT DATA currently seeks a Accumulator Coordinator to join our team for a remote position.

Role Responsibilities
-Using multiple sources, this position will update member's out of pocket expenses based on their benefit and accumulator calculation.
-Use multiple sources in researching the potential and calculating member accumulators.
-Update Accumulator Application according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
-Take up additional training/ new assignments or projects that may come up as per client needs.
-Meet/ exceed required performance measures such as quality and productivity standards
-Meet/ exceed process SLAs
-Successfully complete the required regulatory and compliance requirements such as the HIPAA.
-Successfully complete all organizational and client training requirements
-Understand how work impacts results for their area as well as other processes.
-Demonstrate knowledge of internal operations and develop relationships to facilitate workflow.
-Knowledge of related regulations and standards.
-Strong understanding of current processes and procedures and may identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills/Experience  
  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • 5+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, leverage internet search engines, and other web-based applications.
  • 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite that required daily usage of Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Ability to type 40 WPM
  • Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00am to 08:00pm CST/EST) . The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $18.00 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits including participation in medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, and AD&D insurance, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
