Essential Functions

Accreditation & Compliance
- Lead accreditation processes including self-study development, review, and submission
- Ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards
- Coordinate accreditation site visits and mock reviews
- Serve as liaison to accrediting and regulatory agencies
- Serve as Title IX and Title VI Coordinator, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations
Institutional Effectiveness & Assessment
- Chair or support the Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment Committee
- Oversee Systematic Plan of Evaluation (SPE) including data collection and reporting (annual data collection and maintaining a comprehensive three-year review process)
- Conduct SPE report out at end of academic year
- Monitor program outcomes and ensure tracking of benchmarks and trends
- Support faculty in data interpretation and action planning
Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and report institutional data related to student outcomes and program effectiveness
- Maintain accreditation documentation and evidence repositories
- Conduct audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support compliance reporting including NYSED and IPEDS
Curriculum & Faculty Support
- Collaborate with faculty on assessment strategies and curriculum evaluation
- Review self-study documents and ensure consistency and clarity
- Support committees responsible for accreditation standards
- Facilitate task force meetings leading up to accreditation reviews
Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement
- Track progress of strategic plan initiatives
- Support implementation of program improvements based on assessment data
- Ensure follow-up on action plans and outcomes
- Assist leadership with institutional reporting and effectiveness initiatives
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, state & local laws/regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of conduct, as well as other policies, procedures & guidelines in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical & professional behavior and safe work practices.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's preferred and at least three to five years of professional experience in a related capacity; Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, and current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of New York; Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to connect to a variety of constituencies; Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new software programs. Ability to solve problems and liaise with the broader College and Health System community on behalf of students; Ability to maintain in-depth knowledge of the College's rules and regulations.
Additional Qualifications (preferred)
PC and appropriate software and Internet knowledge. A solid understanding of departmental related terminology. Good communication skills, both oral and written as well as good interpersonal skills. Customer service oriented. Service specific skills.
Salary Range: $85,758.40 -$113.193.60
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
