Description
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Experience with Big Box clients
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address any payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounts receivable systems and tools.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members within the accounting and finance department.
- Support the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review.
