Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $23 - $26 Hourly

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing, collections, and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the company by maintaining accurate records and working closely with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and send customer invoices promptly and accurately.
* Process incoming payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) and apply to customer
accounts.
* Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and
other irregularities.
* Follow up with customers via phone, email, or mail regarding outstanding
invoices.
* Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
* Prepare AR aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
* Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes with customers.
* Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure proper
billing and account maintenance.
* Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
Requirements:
* ERP experience
* Intermediate Excel skills
