Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Type of Employment: Direct Hire, Full Time, Fully Onsite

Compensation: $30$36 an hour (DOE)

Location: Vancouver, WA

Exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable Specialist position! LHH has partnered with a reputable company located in Vancouver, WA that is actively seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team on a direct hire basis.

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Evaluating customer credit applications and determining creditworthiness
  • Manage business-to-business collections and follow up on outstanding accounts.
  • Monitoring existing accounts and reviewing credit limits
  • Analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and payment histories
  • Communicating with sales and accounting teams regarding credit decisions
  • Assisting with risk assessment and minimizing bad debt exposure
  • Supporting collections efforts as needed and resolving account discrepancies

To be a suitable candidate, you must have:

  • 23 years of experience in credit analysis or accounts receivable/collections
  • A BA or AA in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with Excel and ERP/accounting systems
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines efficiently
