Responsibilities Record daily cash receipts and deposits to the appropriate accounts. Research and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner. Process credit card refunds and ensure accuracy in all credit card transactions. Make account adjustments as needed and ensure proper documentation. Verify and balance financial data, create and input journal entries, load files, and escalate issues as appropriate. Serve as a liaison between corporate offices and properties regarding customer account matters. Review customer account balances in Accounts Receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain financial security and integrity by adhering to internal accounting controls. Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 0-2 years of accounting experience Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Motivated to develop and strengthen accounting knowledge and professional skills
