Accounts Receivable Specialist

What will you bring to Opportunity Partners?

• High school degree or GED is required
• Minimum of six months to one year of accounts receivable experience
• Computer experience with MS Office, any financial ERP experience, any case management system, and MNITS

How will you make a difference?

1. Submit bi-weekly billing submissions to the State of Minnesota
2. Submit monthly billing to counties and private pay entities
3. Post payments received from the government and private entities
4. Contact and collect past due invoices from private entities
5. Daily entry of approved service authorizations in to MyEvolv
6. Manage monthly room & board reconciliation for our residential homes.
7. Issue stipend checks as needed
8. Participate in finance training and development to support our finance team during month & year-end reconciliation.
9. Additional financial accounts receivable tasks and duties as needed.
