Location: Franklin, TN (hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt

Compensation: $55k - $60k a year

Responsibilities:

·      Manage aging reports and maintain close communication with customers

·      Send billing statements and respond to customer inquiries professionally

·      Review and process invoices and payment postings

·      Assist with audits and internal reporting

·      Prepare credit/debit memos and process monthly reconciliations

·      Join weekly AR team meetings and contribute to process improvements

Requirements:

·      Experience in Oracle or similar software

·      Intermediate Excel skills – vlookups, pivot tables, formulas

·      3-5 years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable processing experience
