Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist

Responsibilities:

• -Review and post factory invoices to the general ledger
• -Reconcile AR accounts
• -Create and post adjusting journal entries
• -Maintain and distribute AR accounting schedules
• -Research and post returned checks and credit card chargebacks
• -Prepare accounting schedules for month-end close
• -Interact with management personnel for fixed operations
• -Process refund checks for fixed operations
• -Uphold strong intercompany relationships for fixed operations activities

Requirements:

• -High school diploma
• -Genuine desire to serve
• -Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
• -Experience in accounts receivable
• -Organization and attention to detail
• -Ability to work independently
• -Strong attention to processes and systems
• -CDK software experience preferred
