Accounts Receivable Specialist (Cash Applications)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing professional services organization to identify an Accounts Receivable Specialist focused on Cash Applications.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments and remittances accurately

• Research and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies

• Reconcile customer accounts and aging balances

• Investigate short pays, overpayments, and deduction issues

• Support collections and customer account maintenance

• Assist with month-end reporting and AR reconciliations

• Partner with accounting and operations teams to resolve payment issues

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Accounts Receivable or Cash Applications experience

• Understanding of accounting fundamentals

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to identify payment trends and discrepancies

• Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred

• Intermediate Excel skills

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
