The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing incoming payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role ensures timely billing, tracks outstanding balances, and works closely with internal teams and partners to resolve payment issues.
Generate and send invoices for group bookings, partners, and corporate accounts.
Track incoming payments and apply them accurately within the accounting system.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Coordinate with the reservations and groups/events teams regarding billing for tours and events.
Process payments received from partners, hotels, and corporate clients.
Assist with monthly reporting and financial documentation.
Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and communications.
Support accounting team with audits and financial reviews.
Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable.
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred.
Knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential financial information.
