Position - Accounts Receivable Representative III
Locations - Franklin, TN or Phoenix, AZ

What you'll do
- Process and record customer payments, invoices, and account transactions accurately
- Manage all aspects of accounts receivable activities and related administrative duties
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
- Communicate with customers regarding overdue invoices and payment follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
- Support month-end and reporting activities as needed
- Utilize accounting and invoicing software to process transactions and maintain data integrity
- Answer customer and internal calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Collaborate with accounting team members and provide backup support when needed
- Assist with project-based assignments and special accounting initiatives
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service
What you will have
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, invoicing, or related accounting functions
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience preferred
- Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with strong motivation and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Pay Rate: $30-31/ hr
