Maintains customer billing records in ERP system.
Issues invoices to customers. Posts cash received to customer accounts
Ensures timely payments by contacting customers and collecting outstanding balances
Research account disputes and billing discrepancies, ensure proper accounting entries for
all billing and receipts.
Partners with Business Units to ensure all orders are properly billed in a timely manner
Downloads daily all ACH's, Wires, and lockbox payments
Manages and audits approved CMR's for proper documentation, creates and issues
customer credits and rebills as required. Also maintains the data for the monthly CMR
tracking.
Creates and maintains credit history files. Identifies risk of bad debt or financial exposure
Maintains and distributes daily sales tracking file
Accounts Receivable month end reporting
Assists other Accounting department personnel as required
May require overtime and/or weekend work.
Adherence to all PCI policies, procedures, rules.
Updates and presents applicable metrics reports.
Performs month-end reporting and Balance Sheet reconciliations for related accounts.
Participates in all regular and required department meetings.
Stationary Position: From 1/4 to 1/2 of the day.
On an average day, the individual can expect to move and/or transport up to 10 pounds

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
