    Arkansas Talent Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for a dynamic auto dealer group in Little Rock, AR. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting the financial operations of a busy dealership group.

    Position Overview

    The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will provide accurate and timely support for the accounts receivable function within a growing auto dealer group. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and the ability to keep financial processes organized and running smoothly in a deadline-driven environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Post payments and apply receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Reconcile customer accounts and assist with resolving billing discrepancies.
    • Track receivables and support collection efforts as needed.
    • Maintain clear and organized financial records and documentation.
    • Assist with billing, account research, and other general accounting support tasks.
    • Communicate professionally with internal team members and external contacts regarding account activity.

    Qualifications

    • Prior accounts receivable, accounting, or bookkeeping experience preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, CDK Global, Reynolds and Reynolds, or Dealertrack.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
