POSITION OVERVIEW:
Summit Golf Brands (SGB), located in Barneveld, WI, is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable member. Summit Golf Brands is a fast-growing company that designs and source high-end golf apparel and sportswear, sold online and at leading country clubs and resorts around the world. Our brands can be found at over 3,000 accounts in more than 25 countries.
REQUIREMENTS:(Minimum)
- Prior Accounting or Finance experience preferred
- Minimum 1 years' experience in Billing/Accounts Receivables
- Strong organizational ability
- Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment
STANDARDS:
- Communicate clearly in oral and written form on a constant basis
- Work independently, utilize good judgement and possess a strong sense of initiative
- Organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and assignments
- Sit for extended intervals 90% of the day
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and generate daily invoicing
- Run and tally daily credit card payment reports
- Pull and process all virtual credit card payments
- Ensure all credit memos and charge backs are fully documented before processing
- Download and post cash payments to customer accounts
- Post credit card payments to customer accounts
- Process and refund credit card transactions
- Process return credits to customers
- Create manual credits and debits due to customers
- Assist customers and sales representatives with account inquiries via phone, email, fax
- Communicate and work with all levels of the organization
- Other duties and assignments as requested

- Blue Cherry System – our team will train
- Excel
- Microsoft programs
