Job Summary
As an Analyst - Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for generating, reviewing, and issuing customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Job Description
- Maintains and updates billing records using applicable systems, ensuring charges are correct and properly documented
- Researches and resolves routine billing discrepancies and prepares standard reports related to billing status, exceptions, or unresolved issues
Skills Required
- 1 year of Microsoft Office products (Outlook and Excel) experience is required; 3 years preferred
- 1 year of QuickBooks, Salesforce.com, DAX, or other ERP accounts receivable is preferred
- 1 year of direct customer billing is preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounts receivable is preferred
- Ability to remain calm and work in an intense productivity environment with tight deadlines is preferred
- Effective and efficient use of a 10-key calculator or numeric keypad for data entry is preferred
- Strong oral communication skills
- Must have PC Windows experience
- Must have Excel experience (V-lookup and pivot table functions preferred)
- Customer service oriented
- Team Player
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must provide proof of work-from-home capabilities in terms of dedicated space.
- Shift Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with some level of flexibility
Pay Rate/Salary
- $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors
