Position Overview
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing high-volume invoice processing and payment workflows in a paperless, systems-driven environment. This role requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable navigating multiple platforms, and proactive in improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
Perform invoice coding, approvals, and payment processing
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized digital records in a paperless AP workflow
Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable
Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely communication and issue resolution
Assist with process improvements and system optimization initiatives
Qualifications
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in real estate or property management
Strong understanding of full-cycle AP processes
Experience working in a paperless or highly automated environment
Technically savvy with strong systems skills (ERP/accounting software, Excel, and invoice platforms)
Ability to manage high volume and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
