Rock Dental Brands is a group of doctors who provide multidisciplinary care in General
Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics and Oral Surgery. We are a team of dentists, dental
specialists, and business professionals collaborating to improve the quality of patient care while
eliminating the challenges in the day-to-day operation of private practice. At Rock Dental, we

Responsibilities:
Process PO and non-PO invoices received for payment in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
Research rejected invoices as determined by the AP software
Reconciling vendor statements and identifying next steps
Onboard vendors related to new acquisitions and transitioning vendor and/or vendor payment methods as appropriate
Reconcile accounts payable GL account
Proactively address internal customer and external vendor inquiries regarding payment status
Identify and assist in the implementation of AP process improvements
You Must Have:
2 years proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
College degree is preferred
This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
