What the Accounts Payable Specialist Will Do:

• 
  
• Manage a high volume of invoices from receipt through payment, including coding and routing for approval
• 
  
• Review vendor accounts and research discrepancies to ensure invoices and payments are accurate
• 
  
• Monitor vendor terms and payment activity to help keep payments timely and efficient
• 
  
• Serve as a resource to internal teams, subsidiaries, and related entities by answering questions about invoices and payments
• 
  
• Communicate with vendors and internal contacts to resolve issues and keep things moving
• 
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  
• Previous Accounts Payable experience and/or basic accounting coursework
• 
  
• Experience using an ERP or accounting system
• 
  
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel
• 
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• 
  
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and contribute to a team
• 
  
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• 
  

$48,000 – $54,000
